Thanks to Nani, Madison, Alex, Mario and of course John I was able to complete 99% of the process from the comfort of home! Once we reached our agreed upon terms, I simply drove to the AutoMall, handed them the keys to my old car, signed the paperwork for the new vehicle, was given new registration, updated insurance paperwork and a quick review of the new cars “extras” that I was unfamiliar with and was on my way in under an hour! I don’t know that it gets any easier than that!
