Joe was accomodating, professional, helpful and knowledgeable. He never pushed a higher price vehicle on us, or more options, he simply listened to what we wanted, and gave us that. In my excitement to collect the car, I brought a title application as opposed to the original title to my car. Along with that, my auto insurance card was outdated. Thank goodness for Joe. Such a calm and knowledgeable man. He handled going to the registry and contacting my insurance company with ease.
