Very poor communication. I left voicemails for general manger and service department manager neither returned my call. Had a remote start installed in my car and they never told me that it was done. Thoug manger and service department manager neither returned my call. Had a remote start installed in my car and they never told me that it was done. Thought it was just my maintenance/oil change. The only one who tried to help was the cashier at the window. I think they need a few lessons from her. It’s a shame I was referred there and couldn’t believe the poor customer service More

Brought my vehicle in at the time and date scheduled to have my oil changed. I was told on the phone and when I arrived that I would take 45 minutes so I waited. After an hour and 15 min I went up to the d have my oil changed. I was told on the phone and when I arrived that I would take 45 minutes so I waited. After an hour and 15 min I went up to the desk to ask how much longer and was quickly told they were still working on it. I saw my vehicle parked in the shop under the tire rotation area (which I did not have done) and a minute later saw my car moved then was told it was ready. Took another 10 minutes for the gentleman to “finish my paperwork”. More
