This was the worst car buying experience I have ever had! No one came out to help us, finally we found someone and he said he would help us find the car we were looking for. Yet when we started walking aroun No one came out to help us, finally we found someone and he said he would help us find the car we were looking for. Yet when we started walking around we found him just sitting at his desk. They would not give us the price of the car. Then the sales man started to bully us into buying a car. The car was not cleaned when we got it. Then they could not find the second key for the car. Then they are suppose to help you learn about the wave program and the cars navigation system. That never happened. Our salesman promised to call us the next day that never happened. Horrible, horrible, horrible! More

Truck sale went ok. Prob happened after sale they could care less. I handed over my keys. You would think that they right away notice I gave them too many keys. They do this everyday. Well I pull up to my care less. I handed over my keys. You would think that they right away notice I gave them too many keys. They do this everyday. Well I pull up to my house & realize I have no house key. Contact Rizzo immediately, asking if he could mail them to me as I live over an hour away. Two keys. House key & another. He responds yes no prob. I also ask for warranty paperwork I never received while at dealership. Again he says no problem. Now comes the big PROBLEM. He never did anything he said he would do, & will ignore my texts to him asking him whats up. I didnt think I was asking for much. I hate car salesmen. They lie on instinct. Im not sure if they know what the truth is. Just tell me you will not mail them & I will pick them up. More
