Sign on the door states that a mask is to be worn in doors. I went for an oil change and many workers without mask, or mask pulled under their nose/chin. Both service and main sales area for cars. Customers in the waiting area without mask and coughing and sniffling. Nothing was being enforced. I felt unsafe being inside this dealership at this time. Had to walk outside and wait in the heat. The service that was done was good. My only gripe is that one of the services I came in for was not completed. There was a total lack of communication that it was not completed, and that more work had to be one of the services I came in for was not completed. There was a total lack of communication that it was not completed, and that more work had to be done for another part I had replaced. It was supposed to be done Friday, and I got a call that it wouldn’t be done till Saturday, noon at the latest. I called after noon (after not hearing from the dealer) and was told it would be done by 2pm. When I picked it up and started my Wrangler, the warning light was still on! I went back in and was shown the paperwork that said more diagnostics were needed at another service visit. I was not told this by either person I spoke to in service, or the person who brought my paperwork to the cashier. I understand that some repairs take extra effort and steps. That is not my gripe at all. Just that I was not told that by anyone, and fully expected everything was completed until I turned the key. More

Great experience working with Joe Rizzi and the finance team at Turnersville. Was looking for a 2020 JL Wrangler and came across Turnersville JCDR who had several Certified pre-owned 2018 and 2019 Wrangler team at Turnersville. Was looking for a 2020 JL Wrangler and came across Turnersville JCDR who had several Certified pre-owned 2018 and 2019 Wranglers on their lot which were effectively new as they all had less than 300 miles and still had the new car smell! Joe explained all the benefits of the vehicle and the Certified pre-owned program and we walked out of their with a brand new 2018 JL Sahara for a used car price. Great experience, highly recommend. More
