Not impressed with the actions of the dealership itself. Mistake was made that should have never happened. When addressed with it. I was sent on a wild goose chase for weeks. Up until COVID-19 which then ma Mistake was made that should have never happened. When addressed with it. I was sent on a wild goose chase for weeks. Up until COVID-19 which then made things increasingly worst. That lead me to loosing money that I couldn’t get back. The matter was not handle professionally. I felt as though management wanted to throw a bandaid on it with knowing it was a deeper wound that no one wanted to address or take responsibility for. However my sales person Hezekiah was awesome and words can not come into play as to describe his professionalism during all of this. All and all I would say had it not been for his professionalism and the efforts of the finance manager ( I believe his name was Zak). I would have never purchased from Jeep again. Considering my husband had purchased a renegade 4 month before I did at this same dealership! My opinion is management needs to tighten up within their positions, being in a leadership role or upper position. Because it can cause a negative effect on the average sales person whom may not aspire to present themselves with the professionalism that I received from Hezekiah in the mist of trying to buy a car and having what happened to me at this dealership. Although I love my vehicle, I do believe he is the reason I bought and he got the sale. Not Jeep of Turnersville itself! I would only recommend this dealership because of the sales person and finance guys that was helpful to me. More

The dealership took advantage of my situation, knowing I was in a predicament where I had to get a new vehicle. When they low balled me in the trade in value of my vehicle (which needed a $6,000 engine) I was in a predicament where I had to get a new vehicle. When they low balled me in the trade in value of my vehicle (which needed a $6,000 engine) I was given the example that my vehicle was worth nothing without the engine. You only gave me $6k to pay off my loan. (It was a 2015 Rubicon) But you’ll sell a vehicle for $50k which is more than the cost of an engine. I will never buy another vehicle from you. More
