TLDR The best car buying experience I have ever had! I was in a search for a Lexus NX, I have looked all over for one and I came across one at Herb Chambers Lexus of Hingham. I did my research on the v I was in a search for a Lexus NX, I have looked all over for one and I came across one at Herb Chambers Lexus of Hingham. I did my research on the vehicle and knew that this would be the best option for me. After long days of looking for a specific NX, I finally found it. It was at Herb Chambers of Hingham, Herb Chambers has an excellent reputation. I wanted to make sure I would have a good experience,so with that being said I looked at every google review positive and negative of the Lexus of Hingham, and I kept seeing the name Mike Sarkis pop up over and over, and his customers would go on to say how much of an excellent experience they had with him. So I went ahead, reached out to Mike and scheduled an appointment. He was polite, personable, and knowledgeable when we first met. He went in detail showing me the features of the car, once I came back from the test drive I was ready to work out some numbers. Mike was beyond easy to deal with and down to earth, it wasn’t your typical experience of going back and forth, I told him what I needed to happen, and he made it happen for me. Everything worked out perfectly. We then went to meet with Joe the finance manager and had a great experience with him as well. Joe was a very nice man, and was able to provide valuable information, without the runaround. A few days later I returned to the dealership to pick up the car, everything worked out perfectly. Mike had the car detailed and fully gassed up for me, even at the end of his delivery I felt like his only customer. Not at one point did I feel like just another number, I felt like the only customer in the dealership and he was solely focused on making sure he was there to answer any questions. I would highly recommend Herb Chambers Lexus Of Hingham, and I would most definitely recommend dealing with Mike. This is one of the best car buying experiences I’ve ever had. Thank you again! More
