BOTH MIKE AND JOSEPH WERE EXCELLENT IN THEIR WORK AND THEIR ATTENTION TO OUR NEEDS. Mike went out of his way to get us a loaner car so we could run a few errands as our paperwork and car were prepared. This saved us several hours and we were able to get back to Bend at a reasonable. Easiest purchase ever! Mike, Joseph, and Tyler were great to work with! I found Mike to be exceptionally knowledgeable of the the features my BMW has to offer - he was also Mike, Joseph, and Tyler were great to work with! I found Mike to be exceptionally knowledgeable of the the features my BMW has to offer - he was also really easy to negotiate with in regard to my trade and the final number on this new car. I found the whole experience to be easy, which is great because in the past, I've found the purchase experience of other cars to actually hinder my enjoyment of the vehicle. While I was waiting on the financing paperwork, Mike had Joseph take me out for a second test drive to show me in more detail how to utilize some of the features in my car - for example, how to speak to the car to create a new destination with the nav system, hookup the bluetooth, turn on or off the blind spot/lane change/tailgate warning systems, set presets on the stereo (it never would have occurred to me to set a phone number as a preset!), or stack several addresses in the navigation system to take me not to just one destination, but many. He also provided several tips about the head up display and various tech-y things I could adjust for my own preference in the vehicle. When it came to signing the paperwork, Tyler was very easy to talk to. Offered me several options for protection on the new car, and made sure it went quickly. Overall, I would definitely recommend a friend, client, or colleague to Mike Baggs and his team at Kuni. More

Even though the price has been settled, it seems like there is a non ending number of forms that need to be signed and initialed. Mitch Allee set me up with Joseph Taft while the initial paper work was being set up. Joseph did an excellent job of clearly explaining the many technology features of the 4 series BMW that I was purchasing. Joseph sat in the car with me and and systematically demonstrated both the car's controls and displays and also the features of the iDrive system. He was very thorough and clear in his explanations. I was quite impressed how much He was able to clearly communicat in the 30-45 minutes he spent with me. So by the time this training was done the paper signing went quickly. More

He held true to one of the fundamentals often lost in sales......LISTEN to your customer. He did such a great job of listening to me that he provided a solution that I couldn't say no to that day. I was interested in coming back in a few days to drive a few cars, but was compelled to take action the 1st day I was there because he listened to what my needs and wants were, and provided a perfect solution that I simply couldn't say no to. He was thoughtful, positive, thorough, and respectful. I am thrilled with my purchase and hope to be back for my next car before he decides to hang up his driving shoes and retire! More
