Mr. Turner made the deals happen and Tony could not have been more professional. I felt no pressure and that the Park Place team had MY best interests at heart. I since have visited the dealership several times, and I am always greeted by the staff with a smile and they even know my name! Their complementary car wash service is truly appreciated and handled with speed and quality. This dealership delivers on their promises. We had an outstanding experience with the folks at Park Place Motorcars in Grapevine! Our family had two Mercedes and mine, a 2010 ML 350, was totaled in an accident. Thanks to Greg Cinicolo at Mercedes Place Motorcars in Grapevine! Our family had two Mercedes and mine, a 2010 ML 350, was totaled in an accident. Thanks to Greg Cinicolo at Mercedes Bodywerks, we were able to claim a total loss on my car and began shopping for a replacement. Mani Yassan was our sales consultant and he was absolutely fantastic! He always answered his phone, returned calls in a very timely manner, and diligently searched to help us locate a vehicle to meet our requests. Above everything else, he was such a kind gentleman who made me feel as if I was his most important customer. He quickly found several options for us. In the end we ended up buying a new 2013 ML 350 which is even better than my previous vehicle with even more safety features. Kudos to Debbie Watts for her professional and personal business skills. She had everything prepared before we arrived in her office and thanks to her hard work we had completed the paperwork for the sale in less than 15 minutes. She was very thorough and didn't miss one detail. I would like to also extend a special thank you to Joseph Turner. Our family was in a situation where we had to purchase a vehicle out of necessity. He offered us a better price than we could have ever expected. Many times people in the same situation as ours could have been taken advantage of, but instead we were extended a warm handshake and we were truly taken care of! After the sale Mani gave me a two hour lesson on how to operate the vehicle. Our family has been and will continue to be loyal customers at Park Place Motorcars. From the moment we drove in to look at cars for our daughter, we were cared for beyond every expectation I had of a dealership. Scott was very accommodating in showing us vehicles, and we quickly sett daughter, we were cared for beyond every expectation I had of a dealership. Scott was very accommodating in showing us vehicles, and we quickly settled on one that would work very well within the financials that we had for this purchase. Joseph Turner finished putting the numbers together, and worked a very nice deal for our daughter. In the end, when we picked up the car, it had new tires on it, something that was not expected or even discussed, but apparently they found something and elected just to give us a new set of tires. Closing the deal with John Picnic was so very easy, no change in the deal, and a breeze. Once closed, we stepped out the door of his office onto the delivery ramp and were shown everything about the car, all the manuals and paperwork, and off we went. Park Place made this car buying experience a true pleasure, and we found the best vehicle for a wonderful price for our daughter. it is a pleasure to go back to the dealership to get the car washed, and the level of accommodation from these professionals at Park Place is truly extraordinary. Now when I step into some other dealership for whatever reason on our other cars, when I come home I feel like I need to take a shower! Go check out Park Place Mercedes. You can afford one. In today's market you will pay close to the same amount, and at least you can get a much better car for the money. There is real value here at Park Place. More
