Best Car Buying Experience Ever! Thank You Friendly Ford My experience starting working with Jo Jo over the internet and picking out my soon to be 2017 Ford Focus. Jo Jo worked with my via text to make sure My experience starting working with Jo Jo over the internet and picking out my soon to be 2017 Ford Focus. Jo Jo worked with my via text to make sure I had all the answers I needed regarding the trade in process and purchase process.. When I arrived at the dealer John Sudol was waiting for me when I pulled up and the Focus that I picked out ready for a test drive. John made sure the car was what I was looking for and had everything on my wish list. Once the purchase process started it couldn't have gone smoother. My 2017 was just over a year old and I still owed quite a bit, however, John made sure to work with me to make my new Focus possible. I was in and out the dealer in approximately 2.5 hours start to finish. John and Friendly Ford made this the quickest, easiest and most pleasurable care buying experience I've had and I have purchased many cars. Everyone that I interacted with at Friendly Ford really does put the Friendly to use in their interaction with the customers. More
