INCOMPETENCE AND INCOMPLETE PURCHASING EXPERIENCE This dealership has been nothing but a headache. They failed to fully complete my transaction with missing components to my new vehicle, and provided This dealership has been nothing but a headache. They failed to fully complete my transaction with missing components to my new vehicle, and provided a horrible service. Salesperson was unorganized and incompetent. I have had to pay out of pocket costs for components that were lost by the dealership. How does a dealership lose track of keys or codes? Apparently this one and this salesperson does. I have never had such a terrible experience buying a car and frankly I'm shocked at the quality of service. It's unacceptable. I bought my car NEW almost 2 months ago and I am still trying to wrap up the whole transaction. AND I AM ANGRY ABOUT IT. Do you have time to waste on what should be a routine experience? I certainly didn't. But I didn't have a choice because of the ineptitude of this dealership. I wish I had never gone to Tasca. If I could give zero stars as a rating that's what I would give. I will never go back and I encourage anyone who wants to have a complete and satisfying experience to do the same. More

There I was greeted kindly and introduced to Josephine. She is a wonderful person and a definite star cf the Tasca Team. After being quoted ridiculously high prices for high mileage Explorers at every other dealership, Josephine settled me into a fine 2015 Explorer with low miles for thousands less than any other person who had my best interests in mind.
