I am not satisfied, even though they said I'd be I recently purchased a used, high end pickup truck, for a very high price, and have had nothing but issues with this dealership. First, They were I recently purchased a used, high end pickup truck, for a very high price, and have had nothing but issues with this dealership. First, They were not ready for me to pick it up on the evening that I had arranged with them to pick it up. They knew that I was coming, I had to leave work early, and I waited over an hour and a half to meet with a finance guy for the portion that I was financing, but he wasn't available. I had to go back the next day. That required that I find another ride and change all of my plans for that weekend. The next week, they called and told me that they had screwed up the financing paperwork, and had to have me sign all the papers all over again! Then, they never registered it, which I had paid for. I had to call several times, and finally I got the plates the day before a planned road trip... I had to be very insistent to get them to do that.... Then later, I've found out that they registered it incorrectly, so now I have been waiting for over a week for them to correct what they screwed up with that, And then, there is the stink! When I first saw the vehicle I told the salesperson that it smelled of smoke and she promised me that it would be thoroughly cleaned so that there would be no more smoke odor when I picked it up. Well, it still stunk when I finally was able to pick it up.... They didn't properly clean the vehicle, they made another attempt to rid it of the terrible odor, but still, it stunk , no, it reeked! I finally had to take it to a private detailer, they found a compartment under the cup holders that was full of old cigars and an oily cigar juice sludge! It was abosolutely disgusting! I called Tasca right away and asked for a manager to call me about this, that was Friday night, it's now Tuesday night, the manager has never bothered to call me. They now owe me $200 for the cleaning, and some compensation for all of these troubles, but instead, they have chosen to just ignore me! I know that the manager knew of this on Saturday morning, but he left for the day without ever calling me, and still hasn't. Nope, I am not satisfied at all, and they don't give a crap about their customers once they get their money from them. I would not recommend them. More

Great Service! Josephine went over and beyond my expectations in regards to finding me a car, communication, and ease of transitioning to a new vehicle. She was honest and personable and never pushy (which I generally fear with sales personnel). She made the entire car buying experience an enjoyable one. I would recommend her to anyone due to her thoroughness and warm personality. I got the sense that she is not there to sell a car, but rather to make the customer happy at the end of the day. More

Gotta buy a car today This was the third used car purchase I have made at Tasca in Cranston RI. The PT Cruiser that I had purchased there back in 2008 was on it's last leg. I was planning on purchasing a new vehicle anyway and had done some research; however, when it overheated on me for the umteenth time, I said that's it, today I'm going to Tasca and pick something out ;). I checked online and saw three Jeep Compass vehicles. When I got to the dealership I was met by Josephine Merolla. We hit if off right away, and she helped me through the purchase process. She was very professional and friendly. She helped expedite the purchase process so that I was in my new vehicle the very next day! I will probably purchase my next vehicle from Tasca as well, and if Josephine is still there then, it will definitely be from her :} More
