I went up with the intention of purchasing a vehicle after a 7 month search of finding the "right" one. And found everything I need plus more in the 2019 Tiguan. Everyone we worked with was super helpful, friendly and overall provided us with the service that we couldn't find in Joplin. Finding the needle in the hay stack. I was in the market for a TDI with a 6 speed. Searched all around and there were only 5 within a 500mile radius with lower miles 2 of them being at Na I was in the market for a TDI with a 6 speed. Searched all around and there were only 5 within a 500mile radius with lower miles 2 of them being at Napleton. Got in contact with Josh, He went above and beyond to make sure I was interested in the car before I made the drive to Napleton. I arrived greeted within the first 5min of being on the lot. (Not the typical car salesman atmosphere) everyone was nice and low pressure atmosper. Josh stayed and took care of all my questions. I bought the car before it could make it through detail. He stayed after hours and helped the detail guy get it ready. The next day I noticed some door dings on the car that I was unable to see previously. Got in contact with Josh and he took care of it. I was very impressed with Josh and the whole process. Highly recommend Josh and the whole crew in the sales department at Naplton. More
