Josh was nice, straightforward, new employee. He was the guy who picked up the phone when I called. Ryan more of your typical car dealer salesperson and played the "management / owner says" game. Alisha was nice, easy to work with, but forgot the warranty info in the packet. Be aware that the cell number they give you will have your sales reps name assigned for communication, but that same number is used and seen by all parties at the dealership, so don't for one second think you are communicating with just your sales rep. when you are texting or sending pics of a trade in, etc. Two issues 1st - I purchased a $60,000 used vehicle and only got 1/2 tank of gas. Really? According to Ryan the OWNER has decided to only gives a full tank on NEW vehicles, no matter what you spend on the used vehicle. OK, that is just poor judgement to say the least. Every vehicle should get a full tank, its just good customer service. Do you really want to leave someone, anyone, with the feeling you "cheeped out" after they just spent a bunch of money on one of your vehicles? 1/2 tank not a big deal financially, just dumb. 2nd - Online Autotrader ad says the truck has a cold package, which includes an engine block heater (its a deiseal) and a grill apron for the winter. When I called the dealership after the vehicle was delivered there was no apron (I paid for it to be delivered since I was 485 miles away, drivers were nice). Ryan informed me that it didn't come with the truck. I asked why they advertised it as part of the package and he said "well, there was no picture of it on the advertisement so it was not included." I responded that there was no picture of the engine block heater either, but that was still included as part of the "cold package" so where is the apron? Then Ryan decided to stop responding. Again, not a huge deal money wise, the apron is something like a $120 or so, but the dealership was not honest and did everything they could since the sale was already complete, to not spend another dime. Maybe if I lived closer they would have been more honest? I really don't like dishonest people and I will go out of my way to make sure everyone knows who they are when they play that game. Everyone makes mistakes, just own up to it and fix it, don't lie about it or blame the boss that no one can talk to. So be aware that just because this dealership advertises something is included on a vehicle, don't assume it is unless you confirm it yourself prior to purchase, and don't expect a full tank of gas no matter how much you spend unless you get a new vehicle, More

Salesperson was friendly and informative about the vehicle but presentation was impersonal compared to recent purchase at other dealership in the community. The salesperson was also patient, professio vehicle but presentation was impersonal compared to recent purchase at other dealership in the community. The salesperson was also patient, professional and answered questions promptly, but the presentation felt scripted with too much emphasis on the post-purchase survey. Overall, I wanted this experience to be a five-star one, but it simply wasn't. More
