Ive had multiple phone messages go un/returned (this included sales, finance and service. That is rude and poor CS. I did subsequently have a very good experience with Josh and entire service center. I still have issues with calls not returned and rudeness (Sales Mgr hung up on me w/o letting me talk). It’s unfortunate there is only one Hyundai dealership in my town.
