Took Ionic 5 to get a key fob programmed and they did it well. However, the car was due for a tire rotation and an air filter change and no one called me to tell me that it was due. If you have to leave messages for service they don’t get returned. I left 4 no one returned. But, when the car was ready to be picked up I was called at the time to update and inform that was great.
