Not only Was the service department super-efficient and able to get me and quickly but had the transformer module replaced in the same day and dealt directly with the warranty coverage so I didn't have to able to get me and quickly but had the transformer module replaced in the same day and dealt directly with the warranty coverage so I didn't have to handle any of it, which was awesome. My vehicle has had issues for 2 years. In and out electrical problems. It was there since may 25. I had been communicating with Paige . They kept coming up with different issues. Last I ta In and out electrical problems. It was there since may 25. I had been communicating with Paige . They kept coming up with different issues. Last I talks to her was Dec 25 . I got a call a week ago that they FOUND my car on the lot and wanted to know what was going on . I said I don’t know if it’s fixed or not . They proceeded to get hostile towards me as I had a loaner. Which the dealership called me about 2 weeks prior to put new dealer plates on due to them being expired. Which I did. They start d saying I put to many miles on the loaner. I said well I’ve had it for over 8 months. I have since returned the loaner. And picked up my vehicle. I pray it’s fixed. I have broken down at least 6 times. Super dangerous. The service department was unapologetic and tried to blame me for the amount of time I was without my vehicle. When I picked it up it was as filthy and all the tires were low. I would have thought after taking 8 months to supposedly fix it. They would have apologized and at the very least filled the tires and give it a wash. Disappointed More
