After the usual oil change and system check, Andrew advised me about some possible front strut issues. I decided to have some pre-emptive strut issues work done. I mentioned to the other service desk attendant, Josh, that I had decided not to a take a loaner vehicle, and I mentioned bringing in plenty of work to do, while I waited for my car. Josh suggested a more quiet area in the waiting area to do my work. I really appreciated his suggestion.
