I put a deposit on a 2022 Chevy 2500 hd and before I gave them a deposit I said I wasn’t interested in Allen care. They took my deposit after me telling them that I wasn’t interested in the Allen care war them a deposit I said I wasn’t interested in Allen care. They took my deposit after me telling them that I wasn’t interested in the Allen care warranty. My sales person josh will verify along with the sales manager. This was in July 2021 Then after 5 months wait they wouldn’t let me purchase my truck without Allen care I already sold my 2017 truck or I would have backed out of the whole deal if that isn’t a form of coercion I don’t know what is. So frustrating to be handled like that. My salesman josh whom I like can verify this story I won’t step foot on that lot again. Warranty or otherwise More
