My fiance and I went to look at a 2016 Jeep Patriot and she fell in love with it after a short test drive. Josh was great to work with as a sales person and made the buying process smooth, as did April. Af she fell in love with it after a short test drive. Josh was great to work with as a sales person and made the buying process smooth, as did April. After purchase, we had the check engine light, along with another dash cluster warning light come on. (it happens, it's used, we understand completely)...but we had planned an up north trip with the new Jeep previously and had it all lined out. I called Josh at about 3 about the problem and we were told to go ahead and bring the Jeep in as soon as we could (4:45pm ish) We turned the Jeep in for service and were given a 2020 equinox for a loaner to continue with our trip. Allen Chevrolet, through my experience so far, really stands behind ensuring the quality of their vehicles and goes the extra mile to ensure their customer's happiness. More
