Because Peoria Subaru was the most responsive and seemed the most sincere....although I live in Chandler and Peoria Subaru is 50 miles away....I chose Peoria to work with. I drove all the way there and they made good on all promises. Josh was waiting for me with my Forester next to him. Starting with Natalie who first contacted me to Mike, Josh, Anthony and Troy in finance....what a great group to work with. Great Day at Subaru Luigi B. helped us repeatedly with the purchase of our first Subaru. He spent time test driving with us and discussing the reasons this car should be ours. Luigi worked for the best price he could give us and it met our criteria. He never pressured us into a purchase. He probably sensed we were leaning toward a purchase, and he granted us time to come to that conclusion. We met with him for the purchasing and again, he gave us time to digest what he presented. After a few days, he gave us a follow up call to close the deal. He was professional, personal, hard working, and the kind of person one would be proud to call a son. Josh L. helped us complete the deal and was very helpful each step of the closing. He shared the bells and whistles of the Subaru and made sure we felt comfortable driving out the lot with the car. Neither of these sales persons could have treated us with more respect, consideration, and kindness. They made the experience worth a repeat to Moore Subaru the next time we need to purchase. George Tellex was the finance person. He also was personal, polite, cordial, very thorough explaining each paper we were signing. He never left a page without asking if we had any questions. With his patience and guidance, we completed the paperwork in record time. He was one of the best finance people we have had the pleasure of dealing with when it comes to the purchase of a car. His smile and time spent with us made us extremely glad we chose to finance thru the dealership. Moore has three people who deserve the monthly award for making our purchase one of the best experiences we have had purchasing a car. Because of Luigi and Josh, we stepped away for a GM vehicle into a Subaru. Because of your salesmanship skills, knowledge, and confidence, we will be happy Subaru owners.
