Land Rover of Tulsa sold me a Range Rover Sport that is CPO'd and that underwent a 165 point inspection. I wired them the funds a week before picking up the car and I was assured that the car was operating CPO'd and that underwent a 165 point inspection. I wired them the funds a week before picking up the car and I was assured that the car was operating properly. Upon flying to Tulsa and picking up the car, it has come to my attention that the car is shaking badly when applying the breaks. Rafael, the salesperson tried to convince me that this shaking was normal at high speeds. Then, Tim, the sales manager, assured me that the issue is a bent wheel and he offered to give me $500 to fix it at a later date. As it turned out, the issue is not a bent wheel and requires much more substantial repairs that the dealership claims I need to take care of. Land Rover of Tulsa misrepresented the condition of the car in order to get me to purchase it. They will not take any responsibility and are unethical. They have completely taken advantage of me and for that reason, I do not recommend anyone doing business with them. More

John was absolutely amazing and went above and beyond for me. *UPDATE * My cars AC was back to not working just a few short weeks after I had it serviced. I made an appointment and they refused me ser me. *UPDATE * My cars AC was back to not working just a few short weeks after I had it serviced. I made an appointment and they refused me service because I didn't pay my bill (the bill was paid but the car was not fixed) and that I wrecked their loaner ( a woman ran into me in a school pickup line and hit me insurance covered everything) so they refused to fix my car. I do deliveries for work and it is SO HOT outside it makes it miserable. I also have to take my small children with me some days and it's impossible now. They do not care, they do not want to help or work with anyone. John Arbuckle was great though. More
