Purchased my last 2020 VW from another dealer in the city but mainly had it serviced here in Oak Lawn where I live. Five years later and I can happily say that this dealer and their service folks have been g but mainly had it serviced here in Oak Lawn where I live. Five years later and I can happily say that this dealer and their service folks have been great. Josh was the person who most recently assisted me and he was phenomenal. Had some warranty work done and a vacuum hose came loose shortly after delivery. He was patient and apologetic but most importantly they got it fixed quick. Thanks again guys. Will get my next VW here. More
