The person actually helping me was very helpful. It was actually the manager that stated “well it’s optional if you don’t like the price don’t get it!” Ive gone to several dealers where the service It was actually the manager that stated “well it’s optional if you don’t like the price don’t get it!” Ive gone to several dealers where the service department always try’s to help out the customer. This manager wasn’t trying to help anyone and based on my observation and seeing him interact with other customers this is definitely a common occurrence. More

You should have a well knowledge, service writer at the counter answering phone calls and answering questions. I went from getting a quote for a new key for $219. Then turned into 646 then turned into 2400 counter answering phone calls and answering questions. I went from getting a quote for a new key for $219. Then turned into 646 then turned into 2400. It was upon the third phone call that I was informed that it was gonna be $2400 to repair OK a single key More
