We looked around a bit, were not smothered by sales reps, but hooked up with David, who showed us some vehicles, discussed trim options, and took us on a test drive. We agreed on what we wanted, which just so happened to be on a truck headed to Bartlesville. When it arrived, we checked it out and it exceeded our expectations. So did the dealership. Everyone we interacted with was courteous, considerate, and very professional. They even handled all the financing paperwork. Great car buying experience. More

They then asked what color we wanted. The closest SE in our color was a 10 hour round trip. We offered to change the color, but they didn't want us to compromise and instead picked the car up and brought it back by the next day. Well above and beyond what I feel other dealerships would have done. More

A lot of times you will go to dealerships and they only care about your wallet rather than your personal preference for a vehicle. Honda of Bartlesville truly cares about what vehicle will make you happy and what is best for you lifestyle. We have done business with this dealership 3 times, and we will always go back to them. A giant rock hit our Honda Civic windshield, and they took care of us with overwhelming generosity. We simply could not ask for anything better. You just can't find any better customer service from a car dealership anywhere else. We are car fanatics so we would know, like I mentioned before we have been to many dealerships. ;) These people are wonderful. TOP NOTCH professionalism, and customer service hands down. More

HAPPY HONDA DAY!!! Yesterday (6/23) we had no plan to purchase a new vehicle - oh silly us! I had been thinking about replacing my 2014 Nissan Rogue because B'Ville doe Yesterday (6/23) we had no plan to purchase a new vehicle - oh silly us! I had been thinking about replacing my 2014 Nissan Rogue because B'Ville doesn't have a Nissan dealership and I only wanted to get some information regarding a Honda CRV. The entire staff with whom we came in contact was so very personable and professional, I am now a "Happy Honda Lady" (2016 CRV Touring) and, so far today have shared our positive experience with 10 acquaintences. Over 3 days we took the same 3 Pilots on multiple test drives, we asked for and received offers on all 4 Pilots. I compared prices within 500 miles of Bartlesville and they beat every single one. How crazy is that???? I traded in a 2014 Prius V and got a very very fair value on it. The negotiations were simple. The financing was easy and quick. This is the second vehicle we have bought with them. One was an amazing Bargin Row Tahoe and this was a Certified Honda Pilot. We couldn't be more pleased. More
