The sales people treat me like they appreciate my business, don't pressure me, and are straight shooters who do everything they can to meet my needs. This time I worked with Doug, Beebe, Dominykas, and Josh. All went out of their way for me from the initial discussions to the closing of the sale. I reside in Broken Arrow, but their professionalism makes it worthwhile for me to drive to Bartlesville. I will be back! More

Excellent Buying Experience I had been searching for a new Honda Accord over the last week. I can tell you that neither dealership could beat the price offered by the other two dealerships. Further, HOB was quick to respond with a great offer on their car to include any document fees, which at the other two dealerships ranged anywhere between $400-$499. At HOB the document fees are a simple $99.00. David Howell was my sales representative and did a great, no-pressure job representing their offer to me for consideration. I also worked with Josh Matney who appraised my car. Their offer on my car was more than fair, creating a win-win for HOB and I. After my deal was agreed upon, I worked with Dominykas Kvedys in finance where we were able to work through the finance paperwork with ease. He took the time to explain everything to me, offering the opportunity t transfer my current Honda extended warranty over to my new car. Overall, this was another great buying experience from HOB. This is my second car to purchase at HOB. I will continue to use HOB going forward. They have a great, no pressure attitude thats values relationship and a commitment to excellence from start to finish. More

We decided that it was probably time to buy a new vehicle and trade in our Toyota 4Runner. I looked at many different midsize SUVs (crossovers) and decided on a Honda CR-V. I did some research and found a local Honda dealer here in Bartlesville. When I showed up at the dealership, I had the pleasure of being greeted by Scott Upton. Scott answered all my questions and even offered helpful suggestions to things I hadn't thought of. He let me test drive a 2018 CR-V. It was a great vehicle so I decided that it was worth more investigation. During my research, I had more questions, more questions and more questions. Scott welcomed all my questions and answered every one of them. I never felt any pressured nor did I ever feel that I was becoming an annoyance. While I was at the dealership, I always felt like his most important customer. Josh Matney, the Sales Manager, was very friendly and sincere. He helped in the process of getting us the exact CR-V with the options we wanted. Domynik Kvedys, the Finance Manager, helped us decide on the best finance plan for paying for our CR-V. He truly had our best interests in mind with no extraneous sales pitches. I got a fair price on the CR-V and a fair trade-in on my 4Runner. I recommend Scott Upton (and the rest of the staff at Honda of Bartlesville) without hesitation or any reservation. I will recommend him to anyone I meet who is interested in buying a Honda. More
