Ridiculed, Rude and Overpriced Planning on purchasing a 2020 Toyota Supra Launch Edition. Josh McCormick contacted me to start the process. At first things were fine, Josh was hel Planning on purchasing a 2020 Toyota Supra Launch Edition. Josh McCormick contacted me to start the process. At first things were fine, Josh was helpful and wanted to do business like any salesman would. However, after a few days of texting, Josh began to realize how educated I was about this car and car sales in general, I wasn't his typical customer and this threw him off. He began to show rudeness and even went as far as to "LOL" at my offer for the vehicle and finance terms. This is completely unprofessional and I have screenshots of all the conversations/messages if needed. As of today 1/8/2020. I am now purchasing my girlfriend her dream car, a 2020 Toyota Supra Launch Edition in Black from another dealer in Florida; who not only beat Arlington Toyota and Josh's price (which was way over sticker price anyway) but was extremely helpful and pleasant to deal with and made me feel like I was another human being not just a bag of money. Overall, I know my experience is an outlier as this dealership has great ratings and so does Josh. Which is also why I am so confused as to why he treated me poorly. However, I did want to give other potential car buyers a heads up as this dealership probably doesn't deal with true car enthusiasts that often and is used to charging over sticker price to their base clientele. More

Very quick & worked with us for the payment we wanted. Easy to shop on line and schedule a test drive. I had picked the car I wanted, scheduled a test drive & calculated payments on line. Josh was ready & waiting w the car to go for test drive. Was very informative & courteous but not pushy. With tax & license, the payment came out to more than I desired. Josh was quick to offer to go back & get us a better price for our trade in in order to get the payment where we were satisfied. Justin was helpful in selecting extra care packages that were practical & useful and fit our needs. Josh filled the car up w gas, had it washed & helped my husband synch his phone w the car. We were out of there in 3 hours. The last time I bought a Camry at a different dealer, I was there fighting for 8 hours despite having a preprinted list of detailed pricing. More

Unsatisfied customer of 2016 Toyota Sienna LE. I don’t have a problem with the dealership and the salesmen who helped us like Josh and Fiko. They are awesome and very helpful. The only thing that I I don’t have a problem with the dealership and the salesmen who helped us like Josh and Fiko. They are awesome and very helpful. The only thing that I’m not satisfied is the Toyota Sienna. 2016 LE It doesn’t make any sense that there’s no power lift gate. I mean the trunk door is opened manually. If only I know this before I signed the contract I would keep my 2014 Honda Odyssey which is more updated when it comes to camera, power doors and power lift gate. More
