Not a good experience at all. Diagnosed bad manifolds, and e-tourque and said it wasn’t covered under warranty. Not only are those items still covered but 2 dealers have confirmed Diagnosed bad manifolds, and e-tourque and said it wasn’t covered under warranty. Not only are those items still covered but 2 dealers have confirmed there are no issues with those items. Also was threatened to have a lean put on my vehicle because I didn’t feel right paying the diagnosis fee. Also tried to resolve the matter by slamming me up side down big time into a new truck trade. More

So many times I've had to bring in this Dodge Hornet for the same continuous Issue. The mechanic, Edwin Maldonaldo has been absolutely FABULOUS in correcting the issues with this Hornet, but due to the malf the same continuous Issue. The mechanic, Edwin Maldonaldo has been absolutely FABULOUS in correcting the issues with this Hornet, but due to the malfunctioning parts provided by the suppliers, the issue keeps reoccurring. Edwin has gone above and beyond in his efforts to repair the Hornet, only to have malfunctioning parts bringing us back for the 6th time to the dealership to be repaired or replaced. The staff at HUSTON Chrysler have gone out of their way to ensure that I was taken care of during the numerous times my car was in the shop. NEVEN is always on top of her game when it comes to customer satisfaction. Everyone at Huston Chrysler treats each customer, not just as a customer, but as a friend. I give HUSTON CHRYSLER 10 STARS !!!! More
