I came in to have my battery tested to see if it needed to be replaced. Everyone was really friendly and worked hard to meet my needs. I was waiting to see if it was indeed my battery that needed replacing and what the price would be. Usually when I come in, I am told what need to happen and price before they proceed. This time they just proceeded. I went to check and progress and they had already started. Josh let me know they found a coupon to bring the price down a bit. I was very sad to tell them that was beyond what I could pay. They very politely apologized and put my battery back in for me. I really appreciate you al and still give you a high score. Customer service is great... just a miscommunication on this visit. More
