I am hardly ever surprised at what service is going to be done when I take my Toyota in for maintenance. This last time I felt that the car was slightly out of alignment. They were fast and did good work, with genuine and friendly customer service. Toyota has always been my favorite dealership. I do think there’s a missing link in the different service departments, we asked for something to be looked at that wasn’t the standard service department and then were told to ask someone else, then referred to another person and it never ended up getting looked at.
