Turned a bad car shopping experience in to a great one!! I started shopping for cars like 3 weeks ago going from dealer to dealer and hating all my interactions with the sales people. They were all pushy and I started shopping for cars like 3 weeks ago going from dealer to dealer and hating all my interactions with the sales people. They were all pushy and at some points rude! When I arrived at Wantagh Mazda I looked around and then a salesman (Josh Pena) came over and asked if I needed help. He then sat me down and listened to everything I was looking for and helped me explore options like pre owned vs new. He then took me to see one of each and while looking talked through everything like cost, features, warranty, and even colors! Then the test drive was unlike any one I have taken before cause you go alone to have a more "intimate" experience. It was great to not have the pressure of a stranger in the car with you judging your driving. I had a lot of questions and Josh was very patient and answered all my questions and more. It took me 3 visits before I committed cause I was so nervous it was my first new car. He made sure the process was easy and that I understood everything! It was the best costumer service I have had in a very long time!! If you need a car this is the place to go and be sure to ask for Josh he is fantastic but the rest of the staff is just as great!! Can't go wrong!! More
