This was my first experience with Davis Automotive. I had to take my car to the service department for a recall. The entire process was smooth. Joshua was friendly and quick to get me checked in and th I had to take my car to the service department for a recall. The entire process was smooth. Oil change was completed, but it took 2 hrs and 20 minutes. Also noticed many of our controls in car had been altered. Such as the ac/heat and such. People were friendly and waiting room was comfortab minutes. Also noticed many of our controls in car had been altered. Such as the ac/heat and such. Unfortunately, my 2021 car needed to be serviced 2 times in a month and only had the car for a month. I do not blame the service department. I blame the quality of the dealership that did not check to ensu in a month and only had the car for a month. I do not blame the service department. I blame the quality of the dealership that did not check to ensure the car was in great running condition before selling the car. Don't show and sell a car that has problems to new customers that expect the Davis Gainesville Chevy name to mean excellence. More
