I waited with my toddler for 2. 5 hours for a simple oil change. Nobody informed me why the wait was so long. Josh was absolutely amazing. My car broke down 20 minutes from Gainesville and I had it towed to Davis Chevrolet. Once there, Josh took over and kept me informed throughout the entire assessment and repair. Very honest and sincere. He actually gave me a ride on his own time back from the rental car store. they delivered as promised, but they charged me $1700 more than the extended warranty. I bought from a Chevrolet dealer when I purchased the vehicle would cover.. I was told when I purchased the warranty more than the extended warranty. I bought from a Chevrolet dealer when I purchased the vehicle would cover.. I was told when I purchased the warranty that it would cover all covered expenses. and it has at my local dealer where I bought the vehicle.. other dealers should honor that commitment as well. More
