I wish one could give negative stars. This dealership is engaging in deceptive advertising practices. The old "bait and switch". They advertise a no hassle price, but then tack on a "pre-owned insp is engaging in deceptive advertising practices. The old "bait and switch". They advertise a no hassle price, but then tack on a "pre-owned inspection fee" and a "shottenkirk care" fee that are not advertised or included in the posted "no hassle" price. Very disappointing to see such a bait and switch dealership selling Toyotas. These people give a bad name to the industry. Avoid at all costs. Run, don't walk away from this dealership. More

High pressure sales Very high pressure sales. reminded me of buying cars in the 80's. The finance wasn't any better. I went through my local credit union and the interest rate was 2% higher. When I questioned it he told me that it was harder to get a loan they were tighten up on there lending which was a lie because I called the credit union. Also I couldn't drive the car till I took it to ford dealer because the trans was acting up and they fixed it. I guessed no one checked the tire pressure either because the front had too much pressure and rears were low. More
