I’ve had nothing but trouble with this truck since I bought it from then in February a month after having it the transmission went out they had to replace it then a few weeks later the ac. Condenser and something with radiator, then they replaced a house on it and the electric seat warmers, , then a week or so later the check engine light started coming on and went in limp mode because when they replaced the radiator and ac condenser the mechanic didn’t tighten something down right it was getting to much gas and air flow I got the the truck back and the next day the check engine light came on again and went in limp mode it’s been in the shop seems like more then I’ve had it , nothing but trouble feel like I bought a lemon …. And I’m afraid to take it out of state to go on vacation afraid of being stranded or even being stranded on a job , it’s cost me being outta work cause I can’t tow a trailer legally on dealer tags , it’s caused me to cancel vacation plans , it’s caused me fear one time I had to drive almost 30 to 40 miles from eldon to Jeff city in limp mode with flashers on cause truck wouldn’t go over 40 and dealer said drive it here would be faster then sending a tow truck , I’ve tried getting them to trade it in for something else had no such luck or to buy it back , I purchased the extended warranty but still a truck with only 117k miles shouldn’t have these many problems , we have had issues from one time getting a loaner car that was filthy full off trash , mechanic faulty, and other issues , the only good thing about the dealership is jay , I’ve ask to speak to rusty several times but been told I couldn’t … I’m beyond angry and frustrated with this dealership More

Had some problems with the work not getting done last week due to a parts issue. The service department rapidly located the parts and scheduled the work for yesterday. Brought my 2021 Acadia to the sho week due to a parts issue. The service department rapidly located the parts and scheduled the work for yesterday. Brought my 2021 Acadia to the shop early Wednesday morning, used the courtesy driver to bring me home and to bring me back when the work was complete.
