Service department on the other hand needs some leadership. I bought a nice truck with awesome miles that needed a few things which turned into a bit of a battle. I mean a $995 reconditioning fee plus a $699 doc fee, would not even equate to a third of what the vehicle needed to be safe going down the road! Basics... tires, brakes and wipers. A simple request for a $28,000 vehicle. More
