Great place to buy or lease a car Went in last week to renew my lease and wanted to work with Matt Marmon again because the last time I worked with him he was great! Very knowledgeable about the product that he is selling and very calm and collected and very easy to talk to. Between Matt Marman, Courtney Hutsen, and Josh Strickling they all three helped get me the best deal to fit my budget all while providing spectacular above and beyond service to make me and my wife feel like priority. I will definitely be back to give them my service for the next time I need a vehicle. Darin More

I started looking for dealers online and hooked up with Pat Dwyer who dealt with me and offer Overall, the people at Wilde are friendly and courteous. I started looking for dealers online and hooked up with Pat Dwyer who dealt with me and offered what I was looking for for a competitive price; he was quick to reply to my inquiries and upfront with information. His manner, efficiency and willingness to deal were factors that made me go to Wilde Subaru. When I went to the dealership, Kelsey Erath was my sales rep and treated me with respect and listened to what I was looking for and was my advocate throughout the whole process. She was well-informed regarding all aspects of the Subaru and answered my questions directly and correctly. I ordered a car but someone made a mistake and ordered the wrong color; unfortunately, the error was not noticed until the car was delivered. Kelsey and her supervisor worked very hard to locate another car around the U.S. that had the same features I had requested. Throughout the process, Kelsey kept me informed and was honest and upfront with me, characteristics not always found in the car sales world. I will return to Wilde for another car and request her services. My only caution is that the financial department people, as is likely true for all car dealerships, will try to get you to pay out as much as possible in terms of lease deals and extra coverage plans, so go in with sufficient information and knowledge that allows you to make informed decisions.I must admit, however, that the financial dept people did not overly pressure me once I made my decisions known. Although Wilde is a distance from where I live, I am willing to make the trip to lease a car from them because I like the fact that Kelsey "works for me" and is forthright in her manner; in my experiences, that is not a common quality seen in car sales people. More

Getting into a new Forester I have always considered going into a car dealership similar to an experience with your dentist. A necessary evil. It was also the first time I was I have always considered going into a car dealership similar to an experience with your dentist. A necessary evil. It was also the first time I was doing this on my own as I lost my husband this past year. My experience at Wilde however was totally different than I had anticipated. The salesperson Mike Frank who we had worked with before was patient and truly wanted to see me get into a new Forester and out of my current lease with the best possible terms. Mike who approved the deal was very friendly and Josh, the business manager was very cordial as well. I would recommend the team at Subaru to everyone. I also love the car! More

She did a very good job treating us with respect. I had a concern over the Manager, Mike Valko, giving me an internet price and then that vehicle did not exist. I asked if this was the bait and switch. Kelsey checked and told us that the vehicle must have been sold. She did show me the vehicle, that was an upgrade, that I was looking at. I did get a discount that I was aware of. Kelsey was the reason I ended up buying. I felt comfortable with her and she gave me options and didn't pressure me in my decisions. She even stayed after closing hours so I could pick up my vehicle the same day. It was a good experience with all the people I had to deal with the closing. More
