As a first time buyer/leaser, I had many questions that I wanted answered by the dealership. He impressed me and my parents on our test drives of the 2013 Hyundai Sonata and was very friendly. I did not feel like Josh was pushing me into buying a vehicle--which is what I was most afraid of when looking for a new vehicle.
