We didn't have an appointment, but Jay was quick to get us going on the vehicle we wanted to test drive. He was very friendly, informative and organized. He made sure all of our questions were answered and that we had every detail we needed about the vehicle. Would highly recommend Jay as your sales consultant! Josh in financing was amazing as well!
