Great follow up on our deal as i was on and off for trades in past (conservative approach) Josh treated us with great respect and James has also!!!! THANK YOU!!! Josh, explained things after sale and has followed up for us to date. Oakes Team = Allowed my wife and i to make a solid decision on our purchase on Saturday 11/22/2025.
