Lou Flynn at Sundance was an awesome sales professional to work with. I was in a jam, as an essential worker when the transmission failed on my old car. We specifically asked how much the truck could tow because we were planning on towing a travel trailer or a 5th wheel. The first time I asked Lou he said he couldn't find out be cause it was a Ram. He said if it was a Chevy he could find out. O....K...? So, I brought my husband in to see the truck. My husband looked in the owners manual to find towing capacity and found a website to look it up on, by VIN#. Gave Lou the website and he supposedly looked it up. He told us that the max tow capacity was 9030#. So, we bought the truck with the idea that it could tow 9030#. Long story short, we contacted a RAM dealer and found out that the max tow weight is only 7970#. Which means we can't tow the travel trailer that we wanted..... More
