I’ve purchased many cars in my life and did not think that scam artists existed until I purchased from the Sundance Chevrolet dealership. After the purchase price was agreed on and I put money down, the that scam artists existed until I purchased from the Sundance Chevrolet dealership. After the purchase price was agreed on and I put money down, the signing of the final paperwork began. Near the end, the finance manager said something to the effect of, and that includes your trade in. The only thing discussed with the trade in, and it’s something I had to bring up was how much were they going to give us for the trade in. Once we were told 1,200, i immediately said, well, I guess we’re not trading it in. Not once was the trade in a part of the agreement until the final signing. Had I not paid close enough attention I would have been out our car we got a trade in value on. The manager was brought over and show us the very messy initial document where someone wrote in big black marker “trade difference”, that was not on there when we agreed on a price. I will never shop at Sundance ever again and will say to whoever does, BEWARE!!!! More
