Place is welcoming and clean! Should the wait be a little longer, there is water and coffee which we were grateful for. Employees here are kind and efficient. No time waisted. I had the privilege of working with Josh Woods in April of 2024 when he sold me my new 4Runner TRD Off-Road SUV. He was absolutely fantastic to work with and as a result we returned to Fred Anderson Toyota of 2024 when he sold me my new 4Runner TRD Off-Road SUV. He was absolutely fantastic to work with and as a result we returned to Fred Anderson Toyota of Charleston this past month to purchase a pre-owned car for my daughter. Once again, he did not disappoint and helped my daughter find a 2023 Corolla LE that she absolutely loves! Josh is responsive and maintains excellent communication with his customers like myself and my daughter. He really made a concerted effort to listen to her car needs and responded accordingly.
