Was sold a car with excessive issues. Scheduled a time to have repairs completed. Was given a bad estimation of what it would take to get done, so had to schedule another time(which took Scheduled a time to have repairs completed. Was given a bad estimation of what it would take to get done, so had to schedule another time(which took forever to get a response on) then the day of new appointment I was told it wasn't a good day and I need to reschedule again. Essentially I traded in a perfectly good car for an absolute lemon and now have a large payment to go along with this car that has a laundry list of issues. More

I had the pleasure of meeting and working with Joshiwa - all I can say is EXCEPTIONAL SALESMAN - I met Joshiwa back in 2021 at Ford and he sold my brother a Focus RS - now here I am meeting him again to pur all I can say is EXCEPTIONAL SALESMAN - I met Joshiwa back in 2021 at Ford and he sold my brother a Focus RS - now here I am meeting him again to purchase my own used (NEW) vehicle. Joshiwa is patient with you and does not put pressure to make you decide on the purchase right away, he tried his best to mark off all the boxes that were important to me with a new purchase. I will continue to go to him from now on for a vehicle as he has been the only salesman I have met who has not overstepped. He even offered lunch for us to grab for us since it was a bit of a wait, like usual at dealerships. I would recommend walking to Josh right away if you decide to stop at this dealer, his aura itself will keep you locked in, in conversation so the time tended to go by pretty quickly anyway! More

Ziegler wasn’t perfect throughout our buying experience, but went above and beyond after the fact to make things right. We really appreciated it. The worst buying/service experience I have ever had. Lied to every step of the way, anyone that tells you LoJack is included in a car and can't be removed because the Techs installed it in a secured are Lied to every step of the way, anyone that tells you LoJack is included in a car and can't be removed because the Techs installed it in a secured area is lying to you. The device fell out onto my feet while I was driving on the interstate, wrapping around my pedals. The device that was permanently installed was not secured, wrapped around existing OEM harnesses and I simply unplugged it. From finding the car on cars.com for $25,194, showing up to the dealership less than an hour later and the same car being priced over $30k with LoJack "installed", to being told I was "on my own" when the car that had a remote start included in the price and only included a valet key to being lied to about the quality of workmanship of all aspects of service, this is the absolute worst experience you could ever have buying a car. I wont recommend Zeigler to anyone, the only person to think outside the process/financials and willing to help was in management. More
