My car was there to get rust protection applied on entire car which was a significant added charge (over 3k), it was applied, the body was in perfect condition when I dropped it off. I picked the vehicle up, car which was a significant added charge (over 3k), it was applied, the body was in perfect condition when I dropped it off. I picked the vehicle up, noticed a small dent near driver's side door handle along with significant paint damage as if from a crow bar or some type of tool which I reported to their service department immediately and they assured me they would cover the cost of the damage and repair it completely since it happened while being at the dealership. Upon my reaction to their repair job which involved filling in a little grayish paint and still seeing the damage,(the service manager even told me he found that repair job to NOT be acceptable), they said I was on my own to pay for the damage to be repaired IF i wanted it fully repaired which they (Brian) says will cost $800 dollars and the manager (Brian) said he would cover $200, leaving me responsible for $600, when my car was there to get ADDED PROTECTION, not damaged, which could have been a theft attempt or carelessness by one of the employees, who knows. Either way they agreed to repair it at no charge to me and now backed out of that. When I brought up how their own employee stated the repair was not acceptable, Brian said back to me "Then go ahead and have HIM (their own employee) pay the difference!" I would have been a life long customer who takes very good care of their vehicles but now I will never go there again. I left a great review about when I purchased this vehicle I will definitely be updating that thoroughly. What terrible customer service. More
