I went for an oil change and my car was running great. Then after the oil change it smelled like gas and was leaking fluids all over . I went back 3 days later and complained to a manager named Tim in the service department. He was rude and dismissive he tried to tell me the fluid was from my AC. He treated me like I was stupid and rolled his eyes at me. Just because I am a women. I continued to demand they look at my CRV . Turned out that the oil change was done improperly and oil and other fluids sprayed all over the engine. When my car was finished he sent another employee to talk to me about it. It would had been nice if he apologized for his behavior. I will never buy another car from this dealership due to that reason More
