5 from the sales Dept. 5 for Service manager. My husband had to bring the vehicle back this morning. One of the clips was broken that holds down the trim by the windshield. 5 for Service manager. The service gentleman that my husband was talking to rechecked it and sent it back to service dept saying no this will not work. Service dept told him the clip was broken and they would have to order one. Just curious on why they didn't say that in the first place. Just makes me wonder how they were going to try and fix it if the clip was broken. More

My experience with the finance department was the most unprofessional situation I have ever faced. I should have been the easiest client. I went in with the intention to buy. I didn’t walk out, even after unprofessional situation I have ever faced. I should have been the easiest client. I went in with the intention to buy. I didn’t walk out, even after it took 4 plus hours just to get to the signing of paperwork. Then the paperwork was wrong and the guy excused himself and disappeared for 45 minutes. Best part? Nearly empty showroom. It was a slow day for them, as they said to me, and then had no excuse for taking so long with me. Very disappointed. I will NOT be back to that dealership. They were the only one near me that had the exact car I wanted, and I drove an hour to get there, the only reason I didn’t leave. More
