My experience started out great , took a turn for the worst, and had to be saved by a sales manager. The vehicle I purchased has ongoing problems and that’s frustrating (especially for The price) but I worst, and had to be saved by a sales manager. It’s easy to forget that these are big (sometimes once in a lifetime) purchasers for the customer. My hope is that my experience will be case study for how not to sell a car. More

BUT, our first stop was at NW Chevy at the recommendation of a couple friends, and we ran into this young man. He was very laid back, while being very personable, he had exceptional knowledge of vehicles on the lot, and was easily able to find the perfect car for us. Couldn't recommend him more, and it definitely changed our feelings towards dealerships in general. More
