My experience was very fair. Everyone I worked with shot me as “straight” as I could expect for a dealership. While they are obviously still trying to sell a car (I’ve done enough sales training to understand when they’re being “salesy”) it was very nice to break down with them on a personal level and actually feel like I was having a human experience in purchasing a vehicle. They told me when they were obligated to tell me about certain programs even when they know I wouldn’t purchase them. It felt much more low pressure than any other dealership experience I’ve had.
