Excellent service. We purchased a used vehicle from this dealership, and had an excellent purchase experience. With it came VIP oil-changes for three years. Went in nervous, came out smiling. I was in the market for a truck and stop by NW Chevrolet close to there quitting time and was greeted by Sebastian and he made me feel at ease with my visit. He then showed me 2013 chevy silverado tl "Texas Edition", I don't know what "texas edition" means I just like saying it, that was still in detail which later I found out Sebastian started. I told him must have impressed someone else as well as me. He then introduced me to David. Talking to David about the truck and negotiating was actually a little fun and in the end I was very happy. He actually had all the paperwork ready for me right when I got back from my test drive of the 2013 chevy silverado lt "Texas Edition" which I now own and who met me at the door.....yep Sebastian. Before coming into the office, we called and made an appointment with Cameron Lo. He responded to our initial call about the vehicle we were interested in. And, we liked working with him.
