Smooth,easy,no pressure purchase experience. In and out in 90 minutes. Our salesman ,Lo ,was excellent. Lo understood what we neede and valued our time. What an easy experience. Johnny B. is excellent, the finance team was terrific! I went in to sell my Tundra. As we closed in on the sale, Johnny asked if I was going to replace it. I told him I was l finance team was terrific! I went in to sell my Tundra. As we closed in on the sale, Johnny asked if I was going to replace it. I told him I was looking at a Colorado. He said he had the GMC equivalent and offered me a test ride. I loved it. He quickly made me a deal to buy my Tundra and sell me the GMC. Went in nervous, came out smiling. I was in the market for a truck and stop by NW Chevrolet close to there quitting time and was greeted by Sebastian and he made me feel at ease with my visit. He then showed me 2013 chevy silverado tl "Texas Edition", I don't know what "texas edition" means I just like saying it, that was still in detail which later I found out Sebastian started. I told him must have impressed someone else as well as me. He then introduced me to David. Talking to David about the truck and negotiating was actually a little fun and in the end I was very happy. He actually had all the paperwork ready for me right when I got back from my test drive of the 2013 chevy silverado lt "Texas Edition" which I now own and who met me at the door.....yep Sebastian.
