I am a big supporter of the community, I have coached local high school basketball for many years. I enjoy getting to know so many different families while helping them find the right vehicle. Working with Johnny was great! Over the phone and by email. He had to leave, before my appointment and had a co-worker help me. The co-worker lacked people skills and was not consistent about keeping a email. He had to leave, before my appointment and had a co-worker help me. The co-worker lacked people skills and was not consistent about keeping a mask on. He would use his hand to hold it over his mouth.. I worked with him, because I liked the truck and remembered the great customer service that I received from Johnny. Smooth,easy,no pressure purchase experience. In and out in 90 minutes. Our salesman ,Lo ,was excellent. Lo understood what we neede and valued our time. What an easy experience. Johnny B. is excellent, the finance team was terrific! I went in to sell my Tundra. As we closed in on the sale, Johnny asked if I was going to replace it. I told him I was l finance team was terrific! I went in to sell my Tundra. As we closed in on the sale, Johnny asked if I was going to replace it. I told him I was looking at a Colorado. He said he had the GMC equivalent and offered me a test ride. I loved it. He quickly made me a deal to buy my Tundra and sell me the GMC. Since I was in their system ready, the finance paperwork was a breeze. More
