Very please with the sales process with Serra Toyota. The 2 principle people I dealt with were Josh and Nick. Both answered all my questions quickly, even days after the sale. There was absolutely no pressure applied during the sale. Once my wife and I made our decision the sales process went as smooth and as fast as can be expected. We will definitely return to Serra Toyota of Decatur when we are ready for a another new vehicle. More
